At Cosmetic Whole Sales, we uphold the highest standards of product integrity and authenticity. As a B2B wholesale distributor, our returns policy is designed to protect the supply chain and ensure the safety and hygiene of all cosmetic products.
Wholesale Finality Notice
Please note that all wholesale B2B transactions are considered final. We do not offer returns or refunds for "change of mind," unsold inventory, or slow-moving stock. We encourage all clients to review their orders carefully before finalizing payment.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive goods that were damaged during transit or exhibit manufacturing defects, you are entitled to a resolution. To qualify:
- Reporting Window: Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proof of Damage: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged shipping cartons and the affected products.
- Documentation: Any damage to external packaging must be noted on the carrier's Delivery Receipt (BOL) at the time of arrival.
2. Incorrect or Short Shipments
In the rare event of an order discrepancy (incorrect items or missing units):
- Notify our team immediately via info@cosmeticwholesales.eu.
- Verified shortages or incorrect items will be corrected via expedited replacement shipment or a credit note toward your next order, at our discretion.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to strict health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances once the seal is broken or the packaging is tampered with:
- Cosmetics & Make Up
- Skincare & Fragrances
- Personal Hygiene & Toiletries
- Contact Lenses
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved by our management team:
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Bank Wire or Credit/Debit Card).
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
